摘要 A chlorine-based polymer electrolyte membrane is provided to ensure thermal, mechanical, and chemical stabilities, high ion conductivity, low fuel permeability, low dehydration effect, and gas permeability. A method for preparing a chlorine-based polymer electrolyte membrane includes the steps of: (i) dissolving 10-50wt%, based on the total weight of the electrolyte membrane, of a chlorine-based polymer in 1-20wt%, based on the weight of the chlorine-based polymer, of a solvent; (ii) adding 50-90wt%, based on the total weight of the electrolyte membrane, of a sulfonated monomer to the obtained chlorine-based polymer solution; (iii) adding 0.05-1wt%, based on the weight of the polymer solution, of a catalyst containing a transition metal halide and 0.2-3wt% of a coordination ligand to the polymer solution of the step (ii); (iv) injecting nitrogen into the mixture solution of the step (iii), and reacting the resultant at 90-120 °C for 6-48 hours; (v) after the reaction of the step (iv) is completed, precipitating the product in a nonsolvent, washing and drying the product; (vi) dissolving the prepared polymer in a solvent to obtain a solution, and making the solution into a polymer membrane; and (vii) evaporating the solvent contained in the polymer electrolyte membrane of the step (vi) to prepare a conductive electrolyte membrane.
