FIELD: items of personal and house use. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains a handle and a ring element with resilient lobes. The handle is executed close-ended, for example, in the form of a ring or an ellipse. The ring element is located in the handle and connected to it by means of two bow-shaped draughts capable of bending in junctions. The height of resilient lobes is larger than that of a ring element. The rigidity edge is executed on an external surface of the handle. The device handle is executed so, that its dimensions do not exceed that of the bottle. The device has high reliability, small weight and dimensions and is convenient in operation. ^ EFFECT: device design provides possibility to automatically control the process of its installation on a bottle neck. ^ 9 cl, 2 dwg |
