An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure uniform characteristics of a driving thin film transistor regardless of misalignment by symmetrically forming an etch stopper, a driving output electrode, and a driving input electrode with respect to a horizontal or vertical center line. An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate. First and second signal lines(121,171) are formed on the substrate. A switching thin film transistor(Qs) is connected to the first and second signals and has a first semiconductor(154a). A driving thin film transistor(Qd) has a second semiconductor(154b), an etch stopper(147b), a driving input electrode(173b), a driving output electrode(175b), and a driving control electrode(124b). The etch stopper is formed on the second semiconductor. The driving input electrode and the driving output electrode are overlapped with the etch stopper and the second semiconductor respectively and face each other with respect to the etch stopper. The driving control electrode is connected to the switching thin film transistor and overlapped with the second semiconductor. A first electrode(191) is connected to the driving output electrode. A second electrode faces the first electrode. A light emitting member(370) is formed between the first and second electrodes. At least one of the etch stopper, the driving output electrode, and the driving input electrode is symmetrical with respect to one straight line. |
