The base is spreaded in a centralized part (C) situated in a central site (S) outside to a vehicle (V) and in an embarked part (M) situated in the vehicle. A communication unit communicates with the centralized part. The signaling unit includes an activation unit for activating polling transmitted by the communication unit.
