A method for manufacturing a strike-bar of an opening/closing device for a vehicle and an apparatus used for manufacturing the same are provided to improve quality of products by increasing formability of a flange portion of a wire rod. A method for manufacturing a strike-bar of an open/closing device for a vehicle comprises the steps of cutting a wire rod(30A) by a predetermined length, performing a first flange portion at one end of the cut wire rod, completely forming first and second flange portions at both sides of the cut wire rod respectively, and bending the cut wire rod using a bending machine. In the cutting step, the cut wire rod is transferred to a first mold and then fixed to a first dice(55) of the first mold while pressing the cut wire rod with a first punch(51) corresponding to the first dice.
