An electronic current transformer is provided to output voltage stably by minimizing a phase error even in a frequency change of a current measurement object. An electronic current transformer includes a Rogowski coil and a resistor(9). The Rogowski coil is formed by winding coils(3) around an air core(2) through which a current measurement object(1) passes. The Rogowski coil supplies output voltage according to current of the current measurement object. The resistor is connected to an output terminal of the Rogowski coil and has higher resistance than impedance of an equivalent inductor of the Rogowski coil to minimize a phase error between the output voltage of the electronic current transformer, which is generated by an inductance component of the Rogowski coil, and the current of the current measurement object.
