<p>A cylindrical roller-incorporated roller chain is provided to prevent skew and noise by composing a series of cylindrical rollers with a steel cylindrical roller and an oil-impregnated sintered alloy steel cylindrical roller for reducing abrasion of cylindrical roller to radius direction. A cylindrical roller-incorporated roller chain comprises a bush(2) of which both ends are connected to bush holes(1a) of a pair of inner plates(1), a hollow roller(3) having no collar on an inner circumferential surface placed between the inner plates, a series of cylindrical rollers incorporated between the bush and the hollow roller, and a pair of side plates(6) placed on both ends of the hollow roller. The series or cylindrical rollers are composed of a steel cylindrical roller and an oil-impregnated sintered alloy steel cylindrical roller. The steel cylindrical roller and the oil-impregnated sintered alloy steel cylindrical roller are alternatively disposed in circumferential direction. The pair of side plates are made of an oil-impregnated sintered alloy steel having a collar portion and a cylindrical unit. The each collar portion is contacted to an end of the hollow roller and each cylindrical unit is fitted between the inner circumferential surface of the hollow roller and an outer circumferential surface of the bush. The fit between the outer circumferential surface of each cylindrical unit and the inner circumferential surface of the hollow roller is a close fit and the fit between the inner circumferential surface of each cylindrical unit and the outer circumferential surface of the bush is a loose fit.</p> |
