PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the running cost of a whole heat transfer system by reducing driving power of a transfer medium driving device. SOLUTION: The heat transfer system 14 is provided with the transfer medium driving device 10 circulating a transfer medium; a heat source side heat exchanger 6 through which the transfer medium passes; and at least one utilization side heat exchanger 11 exchanging heat between the transfer medium passing through the inside and a fluid passing through the outside. An ejector 12 is provided downstream of the transfer medium driving device 10, and a by-pass tube 13a is provided for guiding a part of the transfer medium heading toward the transfer medium driving device 10 from the heat source side heat exchanger 6, directly to the ejector 12.
