摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method which obviates derailment of a roller even when a brush width is short, a laser welding apparatus, and to provide a laser-welded object welded by the laser welding method. <P>SOLUTION: When the laser welding apparatus performs stitch welding of flanged parts having approximately the same width in a longitudinal direction determined as a welding direction, the position at a laser welding start point for every stitch is corrected in such a manner that the distance from the end in the transverse direction of the flanged parts attains the prescribed value. When the stitch length is defined as S, the overall length in the longitudinal direction of the flanged parts as L, the width at which the central position in the transverse direction varies within the overall length L asΔx, and when the deviation in the actual weld line T1 from a trajectory T0, the stitch welding is performed at the stitch length of the length satisfying S≤L*Δx/α. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
