PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security while enhancing convenience. SOLUTION: When a connection request point 4a acquires a user connection number from a telephone 3 of registration place and an originator 4b acquires a telephone connection request (call) of actual telephone number of registration place, a user identification means 1e of a telephone connector 1 searches for user information of a user information storage means 1a based on the user connection number and extracts user identification information and the actual telephone number of the user. A telephone number search means 1f searches for the phonebook information of a phonebook information storage means 1b, based on the user identification information and the actual telephone number of registration place and extracts the dummy number of registration place. A transfer processing means 1g transfers a connection request in which the transfer destination 4c is the actual telephone number of the user and the originator 4d is the registration dummy number to the user telephone 2.
