PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device able to easily recognize that a displayed image is equal to the scene reflected in a door mirror on a passenger seat side. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle display device has an image pick-up means fitted to a passenger seat side door mirror, a display means for displaying images taken by the image pick-up means in a display screen, a movable fitting means for moving the display means, and a control means for moving the display means to a predetermined position through the fitting means and comprising a function for controlling display of images of the door mirror so as to display images in the rear of the vehicle taken by the image pick-up means in the display screen. The display means may be disposed in a predetermined position between the drover's seat and the passenger seat at the same height with the position of the door mirror at an angle symmetrical relative to the angle of the door mirror on the driver's seat side in the right and left around the driver's seat.
