The present invention relates to a cooling device (1) comprising a quick freezing compartment (2) whereby the foodstuffs (F) stored therein are quick frozen, a compressor (3) a condenser, and an evaporator that maintain the cooling cycle, and a fan (4) that aspirates air over the evaporator for cooling the compartment (2), wherein the operation of the compressor (3) and the fan (4) are regulated according to the food (F) placed in the compartment (2) thus increasing the efficiency of the quick freezing process. |
