PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a radiograph detector by suppressing crystallization caused by the heating thereof. SOLUTION: Cooling sections 21, 22 are provided in a radiograph detector comprising a radiograph detecting section constituted of an amorphous semiconductor which is irradiated with electromagnetic waves for recording carrying a radiograph to generate an electric charge, and a radiograph reading section 16 including a number of electron discharge sources arrayed in a two-dimensional shape for discharging electron beams toward the radiograph detecting section.
