<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to detect or calculate electric power supplied by an inverter individually and precisely in an induction heating device (IH) of a constitution that a plurality units of inverters are connected to a rear stage of a chopper. <P>SOLUTION: Diodes D2, D3 are individually connected between a step-down chopper 3 and direct current intermediate capacitors C<SB>dc21</SB>, C<SB>dc22</SB>of IH inverters 4, 6. As a result, there is no interaction between the inverters 4, 6, and energy supplied to the capacitors C<SB>dc21</SB>, C<SB>dc22</SB>of the inverters 4, 6 comes to be consumed by the respective IH inverters alone. Accordingly, by detecting currents I<SB>D2</SB>, I<SB>D3</SB>, a chopper output voltage V<SB>dc2</SB>, or direct current intermediate capacitor voltages V<SB>dc21</SB>, V<SB>dc22</SB>, it becomes possible that electric power supplied to the respective IH inverters is individually obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
