PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytic method for accurately analyzing a concentration of a free hydrofluoric acid in an aqueous solution containing the hydrofluoric acid and a silicon compound generated by solving glass and metal silicon so as to correctly determine a solution capability of the aqueous solution. SOLUTION: After the silicon compound in the aqueous solution containing the silicon compound and the hydrofluoric acid is removed by a means for separating the silicon compound as a hexafluoro silicate, the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is measured. Additionally, the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is measured without separating the silicon compound as the hexafluoro silicate.
