ON-VEHICLE IMAGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle imaging system capable of reducing the number of transmission lines to be laid on a vehicle and reducing the number of transmission lines to be connected with processing devices when mounting a plurality of imaging devices and processing devices on the vehicle and provided with a function as a drive recorder.

SOLUTION: This on-vehicle imaging system is constituted by connecting the imaging devices 5a-5m with ECUs 3a-3j through signal switching devices 7a-7e and signal distributors 9a-9e by the transmission lines. The signal distributors 9a-9e distribute the image signals given by one of the imaging devices 5a-5m to a plurality of ECUs 3a-3j. Each of the signal switching devices 7a-7e has functions for selecting one image from among a plurality of image signals given from the plurality of imaging devices 5a-5m and switching and outputting the images and a function for recording the plurality of given images and can be utilized as the drive recorder by recording images of the signal switching devices 7a-7e in accordance with vehicle information.
