PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in weight estimation precision accompanying burst switching during weight updating, as much as possible. SOLUTION: A communication device which performs communication by a communication system such that a burst area allocated to a user is included in a transmission frame includes a weight update unit 143 which updates a weight based upon a pilot signal included in a reception signal to obtain a weight estimated value, and a sequence control unit 146 which controls the sequence of the pilot signal used to update the weight, wherein the sequence control unit 146 controls the sequence so that after a plurality of pilot signals present in one burst area are all used for weight update, weight update is carried out using pilot signals present in other burst areas.
