PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread adjusting device for a working vehicle including a hydraulic valve which is to adjust the tread of each wheel and is serviceable as external takeout hydraulic pressure while it is not used for adjusting the treads, as solution of the problem in recent years whereas the size of a working machine using hydraulic appliance enlarges because many users have very strong trend of multiple use of external hydraulic pressure in a working vehicle. SOLUTION: The tread adjusting device for working vehicle includes a hydraulic cylinder which is to change or adjust the tread of a left and a right wheel borne by shaft in the vehicle and is connected in piping with the hydraulic valve to supply the working oil so as to make elongation/contraction motions, wherein the hydraulic valve is arranged serviceable as a valve for external hydraulic pressure when the valve is not used in changing or adjusting the tread by removing the piping connected with the hydraulic cylinder.
