PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous pigment dispersion which dispersion is stable with time and settlement or the like is hardly generated. SOLUTION: The safe pigment dispersion is obtained by dispersing the pigment, 5-100 wt.% of betaine based acrylic resin based on the pigment, and 1-2 wt.% of biguanide based resin based on the betaine based acrylic resin in an aqueous medium.
