PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature storage capable of improving appearance and transporting performance by eliminating projection to the outside, of a cooling device of the low-temperature storage and provided with the cooling device easy in repair and replacement. SOLUTION: This low-temperature storage comprises a storage compartment 11 for cooling and storing food and the like, and the cooling device 12 composed of a cooling portion for cooling the storage compartment 11, and a heating portion constituted by surrounding a radiator and a compressor by a heat insulating material. The cooling device 12 can be installed from the outside of the storage compartment 11, prevented from projecting from an outer face of the storage compartment 11 after installation, and received in the storage compartment 11 from an outer side of the storage compartment 11, thus an outer face of the storage compartment 11 can be made flat, which improves appearance, and effectively used for placing an article and the like.
