<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of sufficiently reducing energy consumption of a cogeneration device by comparatively simple control. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system comprises a fuel cell 6 generating electric power and heat, an inverter 10 performing system interconnection of electric power generated from the fuel cell 6 to a commercial electric power supply line, a hot water storage device for recovering exhaust heat from the fuel cell 6 and storing the same as hot water, and a control means 70 for controlling the operation of the cogeneration device. The control means 70 calculates predicted energy consumption to operate the fuel cell 6 to cover predicted electric power load in accordance with each of all patterns of tentative operation pattern for operating the fuel cell 6 once from a start time to a stop time, in a prescribed time range from a specific time (for example, twelve midnight), and controls the operation of the fuel cell 6 so that the stop of operation is once at the maximum per the specific time range on the basis of the calculated predicted energy consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
