A manhole fastening apparatus is provided to fasten a movable frame to a fixed frame easily using a fastening bar, and to proof against rust by applying a rustproof material on the contact surface of a movable frame and a fixed frame. A manhole fastening apparatus comprises a fixed frame(10) fixed to a road surface, a movable frame(20) fastened to a through hole(11) penetrating the center of the fixed frame, a manhole cover(30) covering an opening(21) penetrating the center of the movable frame, and a fastening bar(60) rotating the movable frame. In addition, a filling member(50) is placed on the top of the fixed frame to fill up a space between the movable frame and the road surface. |
