<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motivation management device, quickly and suitably coping with the occurrence of an employee's decline tendency in working eagerness. <P>SOLUTION: This motivation management system includes: an analyzing means having a first DB storing daily report information composed by combination of numerical information, character information and identification code, a second DB storing a reference value corresponding to the daily report information, and a third DB storing the result of comparison operation using the daily information and the reference value, and retaining analysis information for making the arithmetic result using a first reference value, an identification code and date information correspond to each other by each information item composing the daily information; a notice information generation means for notifying a value of multiplication of a total value of an analysis information value by a second reference value, and generating notice information; an image generation means for generating image information using the total value, the multiplication value and date information; a determination means for receiving advice request information and starting the analysis means and the notice information generation means; and a means for transmitting the notice information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
