There is described a unit for cooling beverages that are dispensed through at least one refrigerated tower, wherein there are provided a primary coil for circulation of a heat exchange fluid and one or more secondary coils for circulation of beverages. The primary coil and the secondary coils are placed in heat exchange relation inside a solid block produced in a material with high thermal conductivity.
