摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fitting material for furnace bottom in a blast furnace and a press-fitting method therefor with which even in the case of repeating the expansion and the shrinkage to a gap between a refractory and an iron-shell after press-fitting, the gap is difficult to generate in the zone for applying the press-fitting material, and at the next time of again applying the press-fitting, the press-fitting material at the last time, is not generated as the obstacle and the generated gap can sufficiently be buried. <P>SOLUTION: The press-fitting material for furnace bottom in the blast furnace has the peculiarity, in which the viscosity at press-fitting onto the furnace bottom in the blast furnace is &le;5,000 mPa s and the viscosity after press-fitting is 10,000-100,000 mPa s. The press-fitting material is made to be 100 pts.mass as the total of a refractory aggregate and a binder, and blended to 12-30 pts.mass as a novolak type resin containing no hardening material in this. Further, the press-fitting material is blended as the refractory aggregate, the binder and the novolak type resin and the blending quantity of the novolak type resin is made to be 12-18 mass% and the novolak type resin contains <5 mass% hexamethylene-tetramine as the hardening material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
