POWER RECEPTION CONTROLLER, POWER TRANSMISSION CONTROLLER, NON-CONTACT POINT POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, POWER RECEIVER, POWER TRANSMITTER, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately detect an inserted foreign matter between a primary coil and a secondary coil using simple signal processing while suppressing an increase in the number of components in a non-contact point power transmission system.

SOLUTION: During usual power transmission, a power reception side control circuit (52) of a power receiver (40) turns on/off an NMOS transistor (TB3) to execute intermittent load modulation. A power transmission control circuit (22) included in a power transmission controller (20) of a power transmitter monitors an intermittent change of a load of the power receiver side during usual power transmission, and when an intermittent change in the load is not detected, the control circuit (22) judges that a foreign matter (AR) is inserted between the primary coil (L1) and the secondary coil (L2) and stops power transmission. Also, when the load (94) is in a heavy load state, the control circuit forcibly reduces the power supplied to the load (94), so that the power transmitter can detect the change in load due to intermittent load modulation.
