<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head reduced in size and having higher density and more nozzles, and its manufacturing method, and also to provide a liquid droplet discharge device which is reduced in size by having the liquid droplet discharge head installed therein, and thereby copes with high fineness and high quality droplet discharge, and high speed driving. <P>SOLUTION: Discharge chambers 6 which communicates with a plurality of nozzle holes 5 discharging liquid droplets, respectively, an actuator 14 which displaces a vibrating plate 8 formed in the bottom wall of the discharge chamber, and reservoir 17 which commonly communicates with each of the discharge chambers, are partitioned and formed on different planes, respectively. The discharge chambers 6, the actuator 14, and the reservoir 17 are stacked and arranged in this order so that a projection plane in a direction perpendicular to the formation plane 13 of the reservoir is included in the formation planes 11 and 12 of the discharge chambers and the actuator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
