PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing the need for administrators' active equipment checks by providing the administrators with log data for determination of hardware replacement. SOLUTION: A computer system has a terminal device 105 on which a user makes direct operations or content checks, a plurality of personal computers 107 and 109 that can be networked to the terminal device 105 for the user's remote operation, a storage server device 112 for storing information created or referred to by the user, and an activation server device 111 having a computer operation management function of selecting an available personal computer and connecting it to the terminal device 105 to provide the user with a use environment when receiving the user's request for allocation to any of the plurality of personal computers 107 and 109 through the terminal device 105.
