<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire investigating device and a questionnaire investigating method capable of obtaining a reliable questionnaire result. <P>SOLUTION: The questionnaire investigating device 1 comprises a communication section 11 that is connected to a terminal of a questionnaire answerer and communicates with the terminal via a network, an item description section 13 for transmitting a description about at least one of a plurality of objective items as a questionnaire object to the terminal of the questionnaire answerer via the communication section 11, a questionnaire investigating section 14 for transmitting a questionnaire to the described objective item to the terminal via the communication section 11, a comprehension degree testing section 19 for transmitting a question to the objective item whose description is transmitted to the terminal via the communication section, receiving the answer to the question from the terminal via the communication section 11, and investigating the comprehension degree of the objective item based on the receiving result, and a utility value correcting section 20 for correcting the questionnaire result according to the comprehension degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
