PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit and cooling device having higher cooling efficiency than the prior art. SOLUTION: A radiating part 5 includes: a first radiating part 6 having a fan 9; and a second radiating part 7 having a Peltier element 7a. Further, the second radiating part 7 is installed at the other end of a heat pipe 3, and the first radiating part 6 is installed in an intermediate position between the first radiating part 6 and an endoergic part 4.
