The present invention relates to a handlebar rotating type sliding bicycle parking rack which is to prevent handlebars or baskets of bicycles which are parked adjacent to each other from being entangled with or interrupting each other by rotating a handlebar of a bicycle parked at a wheel rack when the bicycle is being parked in order to make a front wheel holder for supporting the front wheel of the bicycle rotate on a back wheel holder for supporting the back wheel of the bicycle. Therefore, according to the present invention, the handlebar rotating type sliding bicycle parking rack efficiently uses space and has a stable structure by removing the need to differentiate heights of wheel holders from one another, the need to place wheel holders in a diagonal line, or the need to place front and back protruding positions different from each other as the conventional methods, in order to prevent handlebars or baskets of bicycles from interrupting each other. |
