PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moderation changeover switch device capable of changing over moderation feeling generated at one operating switch with the less number of parts. SOLUTION: The operating switch is made provided with a moderation mechanism 11 generating moderation feeling at a dial knob in that a moderation piece 18 of a plunger member 16 climbs over a moderation mound 14 of a moderation mound member 12. A movable member 22 is provided inside the plunger member 16 supporting a biasing member 19 biasing the moderation piece 18 and capable of moving up and down inside the plunger member 16. In changing over the moderation feeling generated at the dial knob of the operating switch, a direct-moving actuator 24 changes over up-and-down movement positions of the movable member 22 to change over biasing force the biasing member 19 endows the moderation piece 18 with.
