PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing noodles, continuously and easily producing extrusion type noodles having a constant noodle length by making the extrusion speed of the noodle lines as uniform. SOLUTION: This extrusion type device for producing the noodles, forming the prescribed noodle lines by extruding noodle dough delivered by an extruding screw from the hole parts of a forming die is equipped with an almost cylindrical cylinder for housing the noodle dough, a forming die having multiple holes, a die cap arranged at the inside of the forming die and also connected with the end part of the cylinder, an extrusion screw arranged at the inside of the cylinder for delivering the noodle dough to the die and a temperature-adjusting mechanism for adjusting the temperature of the cylinder and/or forming die.
