PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carelessness warning device, a vehicle equipment control method of the carelessness warning device and a program of a vehicle control device for reducing the erroneous control of vehicle equipment due to the erroneous detection in a careless state.

SOLUTION: This carelessness warning device 10 for controlling vehicle equipment when continuously detecting the careless state of a driver for a threshold time or more is provided with a carelessness detection precision decision means 14d for continuously detecting a low-accuracy state wherein a careless state continues for an accuracy decision threshold or more longer than the threshold time while the vehicle is traveling; and a vehicle control restriction means 14e for, when the accuracy deterioration state is detected, restricting the control of the vehicle equipment.
