PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure composed of a substrate and conductive fine fibers erected on the substrate, wherein the fine fibers are hardly separated from the substrate. SOLUTION: The structure is composed of a substrate, a plurality of conductive fine fibers erected so that one end of each fiber is connected to the surface of the substrate, and a connection strengthening part which is provided so as to be bonded to the substrate in the vicinity of the connection part between the substrate and the fine fibers and to be brought into contact with the fine fibers.
