<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an electric motor from being excessively rotated, and to prevent a battery device from being charged with an excessive power. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid car where a first motor, an engine and a drive shaft are connected to a sun gear, carrier and ring gear of a planetary gear mechanism, and a second motor is connected to a drive shaft side, when a parking brake pedal is turned off, request torque Td* is set as performance torque T*, and the engine and two motors are controlled so that the performance torque T* can be output to the drive shaft (S130 to S200), and when the parking brake pedal is turned on, a request torque Td* is restricted based on braking torque Tb which is the sum of the request torque Td* and parking brake torque Tpb acting on the drive shaft from the parking brake device so that the performance torque T* can be set, and the engine and two motors are controlled so that the performance torque T* can be output to the drive shaft (S130 to S260). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
