<p>A resource usage system in a communication system and a method thereof are provided to avoid interference between sectors in a border area of the sectors, and to simplify a handover procedure in case of handover between the sectors, thereby obtaining sufficient time for assigning stable dynamic resources. A communication area is divided into sectors. Each of the sectors is defined by being divided into a sector central area and a sector border area. A common area of the sectors is defined in the communication area. When resources are assigned to each of the defined areas, the resources are divided into or defined as at least one of central resources, general resources, and common resources according to purposes of overall available resources.</p> |
