A portable car washing machine is provided to simultaneously perform injection and drying of water by installing an injection apparatus in a washing roller. A portable car washing machine includes a supply unit(10) and an injection unit(40). The supply unit has a case(11), and an injection unit and a water tank(14) inside the case. The injection unit and the water tank are connected to a supply hose(22). The injection unit has a frame(41), a rotary grip(43), a rotating unit, a cylindrical roller(47), and an injector(56). The frame is open at one side and has a predetermined inner space. The rotary grip is rotatably coupled with the open side of the frame. One side of the rotating unit is fixed to the rotary grip, and the other side thereof is inserted into the space of the frame to be connected to the roller. The roller is perpendicularly coupled with the other side of the frame and rotated by receiving torque of the rotating unit through a transmission gear. The injector is connected to the supply hose inserted into the space of the frame to inject water when the roller washes a car.
