A floating type sludge drying apparatus is provided to pulverize sludge to be dried into fine particles and floating the fine sludge particles to an upper part at the same time, dry and discharge the fine sludge particles while moving the floated fine sludge particle to the upper part promptly, maximize energy efficiency, and accurately control operation of a burner, rotary speed of a fan, and mixing quantity of sludge. A floating type sludge drying apparatus comprises: a dryer(20) which is formed in a cylindrical shape, which has an air inlet(21) and a sludge inlet(23) formed on a lower portion thereof, which has a discharge port(25) formed on an upper part thereof to discharge drying air with a high temperature and dried sludge, and which has at least a pair of rotor units(30) installed on a bottom face therein to pulverize injected sludge to be dried into fine particles and float the pulverized sludge to be dried to an upper part of the dryer; a fan(80) connected to a rear end of the discharge port of the dryer to provide an inner part of the dryer with the floating force; a cyclone dust collector(40) installed between the discharge port and the fan to collect dust from dried sludge discharged through the sludge outlet; and a sludge mixer(50) for mixing a portion of the dried sludge discharged from the cyclone dust collector with the sludge to be dried to inject the mixture into the sludge inlet, wherein one side of an air supply pipe(100) through which the drying air with a high temperature flows into the air inlet is connected to one side of the sludge mixer through a pipe, and a portion of the drying air with a high temperature flows into the sludge mixer from the air supply pipe to inject the primarily dried sludge into the dryer after primarily drying sludge in the sludge mixer. |
