The device has a captive universal stylus (2) whose ratio of the length divided by the width is lower than 10, for allowing the access of data for an electronic portable assistant (1) with a tactile panel screen (8), where the stylus is small and round shaped. A tip (6) of the stylus is round and polished, and is realized in a metal such as aluminum, plastic material or synthetic resin. The stylus is attached to the electronic personal assistant using a strap (3) in a form of flexible cord, so that the stylus is arranged in permanence with the electronic personal assistant.
