<p>A method for preparation and production of ferrous nano-particles with size 10 - 100 nm is described, wherein after controlled thermal processing, spread particles in copper matrix from saturate solid solution are gained, which are further separable by electrochemical or chemical dissolving of the matrix. The method can be applied at production of spherical nano-particles and nano-wires, especially at use in medicine, in electronic for ultra high capacity magnetic records etc.</p> |
