FIELD: microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in production of probiotic preparations based on lacto- and bifidobacteria. The method involves consequent triple bacteria seeding to a nutrient medium to obtain stock culture, reactive accumulation of bacteria biomass and defining biological parametres of the preparadion obtained. Nutrient medium is a caseic yeast medium containing 20-25% of yeast autolysate and 10-15% of caseic hydrolysate. To obtain stock culture for bacteria the 1st and 3rd seeding to caseic yeast medium is alternated with seeding to another nutrient medium, MPC-1 for lactobacteria and modified liver medium for bifidobacteria. ^ EFFECT: reduced cost, nutrition media unification at the stages of preparations production and control, reduced by - products consumption for caseic yeast medium preparation.
