<p>A Ru-based dye is provided to maintain excellent efficiency of a solar cell, facilitate a manufacturing of a thin film solar cell device and minimize manufacturing costs of the solar cell despite using relatively less amount of dye and oxide semiconductor nono-particles. A Ru-based dye is represented by the formula 1, a1 has one or more substituent and may be a halogen atom, an amid group, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkoxy group, or an acyl group; b1 has one or more substituents and may be a halogen atom, an amid group, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkoxy group or an acyl group; and R may be the same or different, is C1~C30 saturated or unsaturated alkyl group, and has one or more substituents which are a halogen atom, an amid group, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkoxy group or an acyl group.</p> |
