<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide auxiliary power at acceleration of a vehicle, capable of improving fuel consumption of the vehicle by reducing a load in starting of the vehicle, and contributing to reduction of exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: A machine tool or a truck stores hydraulic pressure or compressed air, and normally uses that. By applying a large power generated by small power, when speed is not required but power is required such as acceleration of the vehicle requiring energy most, a hydraulic motor or a compressed air motor is used to transmit rotation energy to a rotating shaft of main power, using the energy as auxiliary power, to assist the acceleration and save energy. Recently, a vehicle combining an internal combustion engine with a motor is available, so that the hydraulic or compressed air motor rotates a generator at the time of acceleration to obtain power, and the power is used for the auxiliary power at the time of the acceleration.
