BIDIRECTIONAL QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY DEVICE, SURVEY SYSTEM, AND SURVEY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional questionnaire survey device, a survey system and a survey method which can be easily conducted by using a QR code and a portable terminal.

SOLUTION: This bidirectional questionnaire survey method includes a first step for transmitting or reproducing a video including a two-dimensional code showing an electronic mail address corresponding to the response of questionnaires; and a second step for receiving electronic mail to the electronic mail address destination, and for totaling and analyzing the received electronic mail to each electronic mail address. The transmission destination address of the received electronic mail is the electronic mail address generated from a picked-up two-dimensional code image.
