PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of alignment-exhibiting densely antibodies on a surface without generating a steric hindrance, in a biodegradable nanoparticle, and allowing precise immunological assay via biotin, and an immunological assay using the same. SOLUTION: This biotinylated nanoparticle for the immunological assay is a nano size of particle formed by taking a lipid double membrane into a protein having self-organizing ability and has an antibody coupling part in the protein having the self-organizing ability, and the protein having the self-organizing ability is labeled with the biotin.
