PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment to be thinned while attaining circuit substrate grounding and electromagnetic noise shielding. SOLUTION: The case body 12 of a controller, being the electronic equipment, includes resin-made upper and lower cases 14, 16 which are mutually fitted. A storage recessed part is formed on the bottom surface of the lower case 16 and a metallic board 22 is made to adhere onto the storage recessed part. The metallic board 22 is made of a conductive material and includes conductive pillars 40 penetrating the lower case 16 and projecting toward the inner part of the case body. A lower substrate 20 is electrically and physically connected to the conductive pillars 40. An upper substrate 18 is electrically and physically connected to the lower substrate 20 fixed to the conductive pillars 40, via metallic connection fittings 26 composed of the conductive material.
