PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely work a stopper device for transfer utensils by a mechanism simple and hardly broken. SOLUTION: The stopper device for the transfer utensils is provided with a fixing base 1 to fix the device to the bottom Wa of the transfer utensil W, a stopper part 2 pivoted on a horizontal axis of the base 1 and having a pressure contact part 22 to a floor face M on a side of a free end 21, an energizing means for always energizing the part 2 in a lift position where the part 22 of the part 2 is not brought into contact with the floor face M and a slide part 4 so fabricated in the base 1 as to be slidable in a direction across the horizontal axis and for putting down the part 2 from above through departing motion and rotating it in a direction against energization.
