PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cell automobile whose power supply is a dry cell. SOLUTION: The dry cell automobile pays attention to a dry cell which does not require charging. Connecting dry cells can be devised to attain an objective. If a part of gasoline tax is taken as an environment disruption tax and a road use tax of a dry cell automobile is reduced, a payable automobile may be developed in that case.
