PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To usually exhibit metal color tone by a mirror housing, and to recognize lighting operation by permeating an outer surface with the metal color tone at lighting of a light-emission body. SOLUTION: A metal color layer 12 for emitting a metal color and formed so as to transmits the light emitted from the light-emission body 2 such as a turn signal lamp device 25 is provided on a surface side over the whole surface making a transparent body base board 11 comprising a polycarbonate resin (PC) or the like as a basis. An opaque layer 15 formed so as not to transmit the light emitted from the light-emission body 2 is provided at a position, i.e., a back surface side of the transparent body base board 11 and at a position where a light permeation part 19 installed with the light-emission body 2 is eliminated.
